What a Content License Includes

Licensing is the intellectual-property grant: the right to deliver Lead the Endurance, use the materials, and put your own facilitators in front of the room. It is separate from facilitator certification, which builds the skill to run it well — most organizations do both together.

IP License

The legal right to deliver Lead the Endurance internally, or to your own clients under your own brand.

Senior Advisor Journal

The complete participant workbook — frameworks, reflection prompts, and the Flag exercise. Ready to print and brand as your own.

Staging Guide

Room setup, lighting, sound, and props — every detail that makes the experience immersive, reproducible at any venue size.

Facilitation Scripts

The exact language for every phase — templates your facilitators customize to their own voice, without losing the architecture.

Customization Support

We map the frameworks to your competency model, your language, and your business context.

Ongoing Support

Access to master facilitators, logistics help, and continuous improvement coaching after your first delivery.

Pricing

This is the same investment structure Learn2 runs with its partner network, including Duke Corporate Education and Korn Ferry. Published here, not gated behind a form.

IP License per Delivery

$7,500 USD

Covers up to 25 participants. Additional participants are $250 USD each, billed as a separate line.

Facilitator Certification

$1,000 USD

Per facilitator, charged after their first delivery. Includes the full facilitator-training path — see certification.

Not-for-profits, charities, and purpose-driven organizations receive 30% off list. Learn2's own facilitator day rate applies only when Learn2 delivers directly — it drops to zero once your certified facilitators are running the room.

Licensing vs. Certification vs. Train-the-Trainer

These three terms get used interchangeably across the industry. They are not the same thing, and knowing the difference changes what you should actually buy.

Licensing

The IP grant. The legal right to use the content — the materials, the framework, the staging design. Without it, nothing else is legal to deliver.

Certification

The skill-building. Your facilitators learn to run the experience — staging, coaching, handling live dynamics. See the full facilitator certification path.

Train-the-Trainer

The industry's general term for certifying internal facilitators to deliver someone else's content. At Learn2, this is what certification is — the two terms describe the same process.

Licensing Questions

What does a Lead the Endurance content license include?

The IP license to deliver Lead the Endurance, the complete Senior Advisor Journal (participant workbook), the staging guide, facilitation scripts, and the coaching framework. It covers up to 25 participants per delivery, with a published rate for every participant beyond that — not a case-by-case quote.

How much does it cost to license Lead the Endurance?

$7,500 USD per delivery, which covers up to 25 participants. Additional participants are $250 USD each, billed as a separate line so it is easy to reconcile. Facilitator certification is $1,000 USD per facilitator, charged after their first delivery. Not-for-profits, charities, and purpose-driven organizations receive 30% off list.

Is this the same as facilitator certification?

Licensing is the IP grant — the right to deliver the content. Certification is the skill-building — training your own people to facilitate it well. Most organizations license and certify together, since the materials alone are not enough to run an immersive, staged experience like Lead the Endurance. See the certification program for the full facilitator-training path.

Can we white-label Lead the Endurance for our own clients?

Yes. Consultancies, exec-ed programs, and coaches license the content and deliver it under their own brand to their own clients. This is the model Duke Corporate Education and Korn Ferry both use — Learn2 supplies the IP and the facilitator enablement, the partner owns the client relationship.

How long does a license last, and what happens if we stop delivering?

Licenses are annual and renew with continued delivery activity. If a certified partner delivers fewer than four times a year, a $1,500 re-skilling charge applies at renewal to keep facilitators current — the same standard Learn2 holds its own team to.

Do you customize the content for our organization?

Yes. Every license includes customization support — mapping the frameworks to your competency model, your language, and your business context. The Shackleton story stays the same. How it lands for your organization does not have to.
