Deliver Lead the Endurance for Your Organization
Become a certified Lead the Endurance facilitator. Deliver world-class leadership development directly to your team.
Why Organizations Certify Facilitators
For large organizations with continuous leadership development needs, certification makes sense. Train your own facilitators. Deliver Lead the Endurance whenever and wherever you need it. No dependency on external resources. Speed increases. Cost per delivery decreases. Your people own the experience.
Certification is typically for organizations that will deliver 10+ times per year or have significant global reach. It's an investment. And it pays for itself quickly.
Lead the Endurance is the immersive, Shackleton-inspired experience inside the broader Learn2 certification path — the participant-driven way to certify facilitators and coaches across leadership, team, and communication development. Certify to deliver it inside your own organization, or license and deliver it to your clients. Duke Corporate Education, Korn Ferry, Bell Canada, Honeywell, and the Canadian Cancer Society all license and certify to deliver Lead the Endurance.

Questions About Facilitator Certification
What is Lead the Endurance facilitator certification?
It licenses your own people to run the Lead the Endurance experience inside your organization. Your facilitators are certified on the Shackleton expedition simulation, the Big Picture Model, and the debrief that turns the day into a plan. After that you deliver on your own calendar, in your own rooms, without booking an outside facilitator each time.
Who can become a certified facilitator?
Internal learning and development leads, HR business partners, and senior leaders who already facilitate. What matters is comfort standing in front of a room and holding a debrief where the group does most of the talking. Subject expertise in leadership models is not the requirement. Participants supply the content; your facilitator holds the conditions.
How long does certification take, and what happens in it?
You start by going through the experience as a participant, because nobody can hold a room through something they have not felt. From there your facilitators work the material with Doug Bolger, run a supervised delivery, and get feedback on the parts that decide whether the day lands: the setup, the pressure, and the debrief. Most organizations move from first conversation to certified delivery in a single quarter.
How is this different from being certified on a classroom leadership program?
Most facilitator certifications qualify you to present a model and run the exercises that go with it. This one qualifies you to run an immersive simulation where the group is under real pressure and the learning comes out of what they did, not out of a slide. The skill being certified is different: reading a room mid-crisis and running a debrief that makes people name their own patterns.
How many people can a certified facilitator run at once?
One certified facilitator can hold a standard cohort. Larger groups run with additional certified facilitators from your own bench, which is the reason most organizations certify more than one person. Scale is the whole argument for bringing it in-house.
When does certification pay for itself?
It depends on how often you run it. Certification carries a one-time cost and then drops your cost per delivery, so the crossover comes at the point where you are running the experience often enough that outside delivery fees exceed it. If you have a continuous leadership pipeline and multiple cohorts a year, that point arrives quickly. If you run one cohort a year, a delivered session is the better buy, and we will say so.
What support continues after certification?
Certified facilitators keep access to the materials, updates to the experience, and ongoing support when a delivery raises something new. Certification is a licence to deliver, not a handoff and goodbye.
