How to Build Strategic Clarity in 30 Minutes

Strategic clarity does not require a three-day offsite. It requires the right questions in the right order. Here is a 30-minute framework any leader can use.

Three changes. Not ten. Not a project plan. Three specific, doable shifts that start immediately.

Slide decks are one-directional. They inform. The POW conversation is bidirectional. It creates understanding through dialogue.
